New Juici Patties restaurant is coming to Miramar. Here’s where and what to know
Another Juici Patties restaurant is coming to Miramar.
Reports of the new location were up as early as May 2025. The owners are still in the application process for a license at 16327 Miramar Pkwy., in the Shoppes at Silver Isles, as of Feb. 18.
This would be the second location in Miramar when it opens. The first is located in Town Center.
Juici Patties is a beef patty chain from Jamaica that has recently expanded in the U.S., and has locations in Florida and New York.
With Miramar’s prominent Jamaican community, the Town Center location has had a successful first year of business. Juici Patties Miramar owner Annette Kidd recently told the Miramar News that franchising requires strict qualifications.
The restaurant is known for its beef patty and its innovative additions such as avocado, bacon, eggs and cheese, which are not traditional fillings.
The proposed spot in Silver Isles sits between a Chili’s and a Starbucks, and usually houses a restaurant.
