The major problems consumers are reporting are 80 percent TV issues, 10 percent broadband internet issues and 8 percent TV streaming, per DownDetector.
Various iterations of "Is Xfinity down?" and "Comcast customer service" are trending nationwide on Google, as users continue to report issues.

Thousands of Xfinity customers are reporting outages nationwide, according to DownDetector, Google Trends and social media posts.
DownDetector has received 25,666 reports as of 4:32 p.m. June 22. The baseline reports for issues is 28.

- Once you're signed in, if your location is impacted, the outage information should show up.

- If you've registered your mobile phone number for texts from Xfinity, you get text messages for certain outages. You also get an estimated time to fix, periodic updates, and a final message when the services are fixed.
