Someone bought a winning lottery ticket at a Miramar Winn-Dixie.

The grocery store at 17101 Miramar Parkway sold a Quick Pick ticket that won $29,852 from the Fantasy 5 midday drawing on Saturday, Nov. 22.

The two winners of Saturday’s drawing will split a jackpot of $59,703, with the other ticket purchased from a Railroad Citgo in Vero Beach.

The Winn Dixie winner has not claimed their winnings as of Monday, Nov. 24. The winners both had a compuer generate their ticket numbers at random and matched all five that came up in the drawing : 3-9-15-16-17.

Players can have numbers generated via Quick Pick or choose their own. Jackpots go to tickets that match all five numbers, and smaller prizes are won for matching three or four numbers. Match two, and the ticket holder can redeem a free ticket.

To claim most lottery winnings over $600, winners must visit a Florida Lottery District Office, the closest one being the Miami Lakes office at 14621 Oak Lane. Appointments are made at Floridalottery.com.
