Lottery ticket worth over $50,000 sold in Miramar. Here’s where

A lottery player in Miramar is holding a ticket worth over $50,000.

The winning Fantasy 5 ticket for the Thursday, Jan. 1, evening drawing was sold at the Key Food Supermarket located at 6819 Miramar Parkway, according to Florida Lottery results.

Two players in Florida won big in the New Year’s Day evening drawing and split the top prize, each making out with $51,780.85, records show. The other winning ticket was sold in Satellite Beach in Brevard County.

The winning numbers were 13-15-18-19-33.

Fantasy 5 players have the option to choose their own five-digit combination of numbers ranging from 1 to 36 or have a computer do so. Both Jan. 1 evening winners used the quick pick option.

Fantasy 5 drawings happen twice a day. There was no winner in the Jan. 1 midday drawing.
