Miramar is offering free activities on Easter weekend for kids up to 12 years old.

On Saturday, April 4, kids can enjoy an Easter egg hunt, egg giveaway, games and more from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Easter Eggstravaganza at Miramar Regional Park’s east field.

“Plus, inflatables, rides, balloon art, a kids’ sport zone, photo op with the Easter bunny and so much more,” Commissioner Maxwell B. Chambers said in a promotional video. “Best of all, admission and parking are free, so bring the entire family and come celebrate with us.”

Food trucks will be on site, too.

The toddler zone egg hunt is for those up to 3 years old. For children ages 4 to 12, there will be an egg giveaway.

The city is also offering field games, such as catch the egg and spoon races, and sack races.
