A culinary trip around the world is coming soon to a mall near you, Pembroke Pines. Are you ready to indulge in all kinds of international fare?

Taste of the Gardens returns to the Shops at Pembroke Gardens from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21.

On the menu are samplings from a dozen restaurants considered South Broward’s finest and chances to win your next feast on the house.

The food festival — co-hosted by the Miramar Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce — is sold out, meaning tickets are unavailable for purchase online or at the event.

If you managed to snag a ticket, here’s what you can expect from this year’s lineup.

What to expect

All attendees will be handed a “taste card,” included with the event’s $20 admission, that includes all food and beverage samples for the night. Alcohol tastings will be available for those 21 and up.

Here are the eateries headlining Taste of the Gardens 2026:

  • Agave Bandido
  • Brimstone Woodfire Grill
  • Carrot Express
  • Crema Gourmet
  • Fuddruckers
  • Gelosia
  • Lime Fresh Mexican Grill
  • Misha’s Cupcakes
  • RA Sushi
  • Sirocco Mediterranean
  • The Pub
  • Village Tavern

A “People’s Choice” contest to vote for the mall’s best eatery is also scheduled, with all voters entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card to any Pembroke Gardens restaurant participating in the event.

The festival will be followed by an afterparty at Village Tavern set to keep the fun going well past dinnertime.

Those with an appetite for good causes will also be happy to know that they can satisfy their cravings while making an impact on South Florida.

Over the past decade, Taste of the Gardens has raked in over $94,000 for the charitable organizations it supports, shopping plaza officials told the Pembroke Pines News in October.

This year’s ticket sales will support the chamber of commerce’s South Broward Foundation, a nonprofit that has provided educational opportunities through scholarships, professional development, training and youth programs since 1969.
