These eateries and restaurants in Miramar performed the best on state health and safety inspections from Sept. 29 to Oct. 3.

Restaurants don’t have to get perfect scores to pass health inspections, but here are some of the Miramar businesses that performed best during recent health inspections.

And some of the eateries that got the best scores weren’t typical restaurants at all.

The Rollin’ Eats food truck, which serves up comfort food such as wings, sandwiches and seafood, got a perfect score alongside Miramar-based Damn Mama Catering on health inspections by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in the week from Sept. 29 to Oct. 3.

Rollin’ Eats has been featured before for its clean bill during previous health inspections and shared on Instagram that “Cleanliness Is Always A Priority.”

Three restaurants also got perfect scores on their second or third callback inspections: La Tia Restaurant, a Chipotle at 3231 SW 160th Ave. and the SpringHill Suites.

The restaurants that were docked for only one violation each :

Jersey Mike’s at 2945 SW 160th Ave. and Peruvian restaurant El Fogon were cited for a couple minor violations apiece but otherwise were deemed to meet inspection standards.

On the flipside, here are the Miramar restaurants that racked up the most violations in the same timeframe.
