The new Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant in Miramar is scheduled to open Oct. 21 with a grand opening party, giveaways and a chance to win free Cane’s for a year.

Known for its Cane’s sauce, this fast-casual chain has a menu that is nearly all chicken fingers, plus an original lemonade and sweet tea.

Raising Cane’s has been expanding into South Florida and now has 26 locations in the state. The new eatery is located at 17195 Miramar Pkwy, at the corner of Miramar Parkway and SW 172nd Avenue.

At the grand opening, Raising Cane’s will have a live DJ all day and pick 20 winners to receive free chicken fingers for a year. Attendees must be in line before 9 a.m. to be entered.

“Additionally, the first 100 customers in line who purchase a combo will receive a custom Raising Cane’s Miramar hat and a free box combo card to be used on their next visit,” the grand opening Eventbrite page reads.

Construction appears to be progressing as the building, drive-thru lanes and signs are all visible with construction workers on site daily.

Raising Cane’s also opened a location in Tamarac this year, and fans camped outside of a new location before its opening in Jacksonville.

According to a statement provided to USA Today, the chicken fingers chain plans to open almost 100 new locations in 2025, including seven in October .
